Association to Regulate Athletics Is Formed at Fayette.The Missouri Intercollegate Athletic Association was organized at a nveeting of college directors Saturday at Fayetie. Mo. F. L. Tinkham of Westminster College was elected president; J. C. Godfcey of Central College vice-president, and C. B. Siircmons of the KirksviHe Normal School, secretary and treasurer.A const itut on. to be ratified by the faculties before It becomes effective, was adopted tentatively. Rules concerning intercollegiate contests and eligibility were considered.
