There will be a curtain-raiser between Kid Tedder and the “Winslow Whirlwind,’ followed by the first preliminary, of four 2-minute rounds in which Cyclone Hurst will meet Kid Leal, both of Winslow. Both have been working hard to get into trim, and the bout promises to be a good opener. The second preliminary between Lester Hubbard and Battling Perez, both also Winslow boys, will precede the semi-final, and Baxter says this event will be a good show in itself. A special invitation has been is sued to the ladies to witness the fight card. As long as she can fascinate men, no woman really worries about her age, observes’ Perry Persels. .
