Cumberland Lodgs Farm*A few weeks since a bill wu filed in the Cook Couuty (III ) Circuit Court by Wm. Parker aud Itobert J. Blake, formerly owners of Cumberland Lodge, a hunting farm four miles southwest of Lowell, this eouuty, against W. P. Milligan and J. F. Bontield, of Chicago, in which the plaintiffs alleged that in 1873 they had assigned a quantity of â–¼staable stock and other personal property to Mr. Milligan for the general benefit of their creditors. They also charged that Mr. Milligan had sold the property for some seven thousand dollars, of which he never paid a cent to the creditors of Parker and Blake, but had turned the funds ia with those of the firm of Heath A Milligan.
