He denies both for himself and Honfield the a)legations of thebill, lie charges that the assignment was made partly to secure advances he had made to Blake) after paying which the balance was to go to the other creditors. He says that Parker was the capitalist of the concern, in which he suok some $40,000. Blake was fond of visits to Saratoga, and Parker failed to sec to the working of the farm. Between them matters went to the bad. Mr. Milligan states further that lie has carefully completed his trust, but that the entire proceeds of the sale of the property have failed to pay his claim in full, there being a balance atilt due him. He denies that any of the receipts of the sale ever went into the coffers of Heath Milligan, or that Honfield was in any way connected with the transaction save as legal adviser and lawyer.
