Extract of a Letter from Gosport, March 2. On Sunday sailed out of the Harbour to Spithead his Majesty’s Ship Monarch, Capt. Abraham North 3 she is handsomely prized and painted, and being a Prime Sailor her sailing out of the Harbour was a very pleasing Sight to a great Number of the Spec tators, who assembled on that occasion ; but above all, the Affability, Mildness, and Humanity of the Behaviour of the Officers in general; renders the ‘ Ship’s Company compleatly happy. a .
