11 Winners Named In Fairs Eleven top winners were named r at the annual Science Fair at Yoe n High Gymnasium Tuesday night r The Science Fair was one of f- the best held in Cameron The w many exhibits were both interest-d ing and educational to the large crowd that attended.Five different divisions were entered in the fair Winners were •v Biological Research Division1st place - Margaret Nance -“Algae2nd place - Helen Reed - “Vitamin C”3rd place - Steve Hubnik - “Ant ColonyPhysical Research Division 1st place - Mark Perrin - “Equilibrium2nd place - Dale Smith - “Radiation from WatchesThe alove high school winners are eligible for the Austin Showand should they win there will be eligible for the National show.Biological Technical Division 1st place - Mary Ann Jones * Three Senses2nd place - Joyce Fuchs and Do-rene Hollas - “Main Arteries 3rd place - Kathy Dorner -“Earth WormHonorable mention in this division went to David Hudson, Joan Hollas and three girls who worked together Suzanne Lippman, Patti Hightower and Sandra Baskin. Physical Technical Disivion I I place - Herman and Theresa Koranek - “Study of the Jet' 2nd place - Sam Lawhon - “Repulsion Coil3rd place - Steve Malone and Arvell Jungman • “O h m ' s Law.Honorable mention went to: Jimmy Camp, Bernay Dusek and twogirls who worked together Daisy Henderson ami Linda Schiller Seventh and Eighth Grade Division1st place - George Bowman, Mike Perrin, Mike Rice, Rokki Roberts-“Volcano ’2nd place * Eugene Mees - “Two Tube Radio3rd place - Thomas Fisher “Telegraph4th place - l,ec Bert Robinson-Sun DialHonorable mention to: Linda Griffin and Mary Beth Nance ; Shirley Baker and Martha Kopr-iva; Sandra Fuller and Josie Jackson, and David Mees.The school board contributed ISO and the Parent Teachers Association contributed $25 toward awards and they were divided $6 - $4 -$3 with $1 to the honorable mentions.
