TJ1K Cl'L'Y LEAGUE.The city league of base ball dubs met lust, night at [Manager Heilbroner’s oflk* in the Arcade. The clubs were 2epresented as follows: Spy Kims, K. Bessie?Shamrocks, M, lt;T, Cleary j Keystones, K. Nolan; Killes, Dan Kintz; Standard^• Tony [Miller; Blues, Maurice Archibald. Thc meeting was called to order by President Moran. It was decided to open tb* season on the* 29th of May. There will be games on Decoration Day also. Ttar league will play as last season, two gam* each Sunday until the park closes in September. John Bengali, M. J. Cleary and Maurice Archibald were made a committee to draft rules and schedule. The election of officers resulted:President—John Dougall.Vice President— C. lloffcr.Secretary—Maui ice Archibald.* •Treasurer—B. Nolan.The Broadway base ball club made application for the first vacancy that might occur in the league.
