A. R. Putnam, engineer at the House of David, and F. Thorpe, also of that colony, were in South Haven this morning visiting the Board of Public Works. The two men were investigating the new sewage disposal plant recently constructed here. A new plant has also been recently built for the House of David but of a different type thanT*' ** ' f ^ - ,the South Haven plant.
