Several Events to be Pulled off atElks* Hall.Maurice Rauch of Chicago, and “Kid” Gilson of Denver, featherweight pugilists, will meet for a ten-round Queensbury argument next Wednesday night at the Elks’ club room. Two six round events between local talent will precede the mainevent.Rauch and Gilson are rivals of old, they having fought a ten-round draw, which each is anxious to wipe out with a decisive victory. Rauch is training hard at Chicago and Gilson is doing his preparatory work at Hammond. They will arrive in Goshen Tuesday. Gilson comes from the west highly recommended. Rauchis no stranger in Northern Indiana, he having fought several hard battles in South Bend and Elkhart. He has never been accused of unfairness or crookedness and his appearance is a guarantee of a sincere contest.
