Oilers Lose To Reds, Tip Hornell; Hamilton Moves Into PONY TopHornell Game Sunday Wide-Open Affair As Oilers Win, 18-13The Olean Oilers really broke that six - game losing streak with avengeance Sunday night as thev pounded the Hornell Red Sox. 18-13, after dropping a 7-4 ball game to the Lockport Reds there Saturday night.Tonight the Oilers are at Weilsvllle and return home Tuesday night for a double header with the Nitros.SUNDAY S CAME Sid Silverman slammed a homer out of the park In the eighth Inning to break up a 13-all deadlock that was highlighted by twenty - seven base on balls, seventeen by the Hornell toss-ers.
