HANFORDPersonnel of the Team Which Will Meet Kern County Players Sunday.TJif* Hanford team will bo In Bakersfield Sunday to play the first league game of the season in this city at Athletic Park, The admission will be tweuty-llve cents and ten cents for the grand stand. At the same time Visalia and Fresno will play at Visalia and on the Fourth the Bakersfield boys will go to Hanford for the return game. tSeveral changes have been made in the personnel of the Bakersfield. Akers will occupy the position In center field held by MeCue, who goes to second base. Burke goes from second to first, where Flynn held the bag last time. MeQee will again occupy the box.The Bakersfield liueup will be asfollows.Kuehn, shortstop; Burke, first base; Cummings, third base; Akers, center field; McCue, second base; M. Harris, loft field; Kuenn, right field; Be;*re, catcher; McGee, pitcher.The game will he called at 2:30 o’clock sharp. Burley will umpire.Fourth of July Game.The Korn county high school team which won the per.ant In the academic league last season, will play the Kern City Stars at Athletic Park on the afternoon of the Fourth. A good game is expected, as the two teams are both strong ones. The Stars have won nearly every game they have played sluco their organisation and the high scnool boys were the victors in nil but one contest during the season.
