Jets Grab PairIn Interboro LoopHonold Jets copped a pair of games in the Interboro Optimists Little Bigger League, blanking Geisinger, 6-0, and edging Norway Cleaners, 6-3, *Earl Willard was the hero of the shutout victory over Geisinger as he came up with a brilliant one-hitter. He fanned 16 batters. Teammate Jim KeMy walloped a double and triple, while DIRenzo clipped three singles In as many times at batIt was Willard again In the triumph over Norway. Although nicked for seven safeties, which was one more than his team collared off loser Ed Woelfel, Willard had the stuff in the pinches to emerge victorious.
