Learning to drive on the left side of the road is a frustrating experience for an American but driving in London is really harrowing. Everytime Bill approached Oxford Street he was confronted with a no right turn’ sign. For over an hour he drove in circles and kept finding himself on Piccadilly Circus — which was no circus to him.Back at the hotel Lucy was wondering where Bill was, and was contemplating calling the police. First prize is $10. with $7.50 to be awarded to the second-place winner. $5 to third-place and $2.50 to fourth-place winners.State Representative Dan Kubiak of Rockdale is slated to appear in the parade, as is W'illiam Howe, touted as Williamson County's oldest man at 101. Elgin. Lampasas. Pflugerviee. Rcn iid Rock. Taylor and Austin will all be sending floats to the get-together, as will volunteer fire departments from around the countv.The parade will “move 'em out from San Gabriel Park onto Austin Avenue (U.S. 81). winding south on Austin to Eleventh Street, where it will turn east. At Main Street the parade will turn north, proceeding along Main to Second Street. Parade entries will turn west or.
