All Stars To Meet Dan’s Travelers Here SundayThe Kerrville Black All Stars tied the San Antonio Black Indians in a two game meet here last week. The All Stars, in celebration of “Juneteenth,” downedthe visitors by a score of 15-4. However, the Indians held a council of war, smoked something beside the peace pipe, and came 'back hotter than a July firecracker to whip the Stars nine to four Sunday afternoon.Dan's'Cafe Travelers, who were defeated by the All Stars a few weeks ago, are said to be madder than hornets and are going to knock the old apple all over the ball park Sunday when they come here for revenge. The Stars, under the management of Bill Haynes, are drilling three days a week to get ready for the Travelers, and a god brand of baseball is promised for the event, as well as for the rest of the season.
