Free Net Classes J Starting Monday sJames Cepes is a man with plenty of high hopes and they’re beginning to pay off for Oakland tennis enthusiasts.Since graduating from Pacific High in 1968, Copes has made it his business to bring tennis to people who have never played the game.Copes’ latest venture is coordinating summer tennis classes for girls and boys nine to 17. The summer program will be held at Ifi Oakland locations and is sponsored by the Northern California Youth Tennis Foundation. Copes will bo one of the instructors,when the classes begin Mon-dav.»The program will include four two-week sessions. The first one-hour session runs from Monday through June 30.
