Rodgers, rapraln of the West Virginia| baseball team, is finishing four years of stellar performance on the Mountaineer diamond aggregation. and is beinic sought by sev-eral big league clubs. Connie Mack, of the Athletics, is said to hare been on Rod/sera’ trail and to hare talked to; him personally on the ’phone in an endeavor to sign the big•tar.Rodger* is an all-around athlete, playing football and basketball as well as baseball.
