Guest speakers for the evening, seated at the head table, included Stu Macpherson, television personality of C.J A Y.. John Podolsky. Administrator erfStuartbumGovernment District; Mrs.Wawary-ka of the Centennial Commission of Manitoba; John Tanchak, M. L.A. for Emerson; Dr. L. Toth; Theo Eliuk of the Centennial Commission for Stuart bum Government District; Warner Jor-Kis«xi M.F. for Provencher; M.dyniuk senior citizen and Bill Yakimischk sec-treasurer (rf the Recreation Center.At the conclusion of the supper and speeches the ribbon cutting erf the Curling Pink took place. Mrs. Wawaryko did the honour'. The event concluded wlthdanc,r,g and refreshments. The me inters erf the Center wish to thank all the people who donated food, goods and money, also the ladles who helped.Mrs. M. Kalynchuk of Vita made a trip to Toronto on May 14. She went on this trip with her daughter-in-law. Diane, and her grandson. Little John. It was the first trip for Mrs. Kalynchuk on a plane and she really enjoyed It.
