New Field House For Rupert BucsRUPERT, June 34 — The long-needed field house situ a led on the football field and xodeo grounds is nearly completed.The new building will be the first of its kind for a high school in this area of the Magic Valley. The only other school which has athletic field facilities is Twin Falls.Most of the materials used in building were war surplus goods from the Prisoner of War Camp of Paul.Supt, Don Dafoe asserted that this was a much needed improvement. In former years the football and track teams were forced to useshowering facilities and dressing rooms at the Civic building. Now the Civic building will be available for use in the spring and fall seasons by the high school girls* physical ■education classes.The outside of the building is finished with grey shakes, which were furnished by 14 interested sports fans. The labor was also donated to put them on the building.Facilities of the building will accomodate over 100 persons. On each end in a 25 by 20 foot dressing room complete with 16 showers, other rooms are the coach’s office, officials’ dressing room, tool storage room, equipment storing room, and one for the water heating system.
