Gretzky not aloneQUEBEC (CP) — Paul Dumont, executive director of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, said Tuesday the signing of Wayne Gretzky to a personal service contract by Nelson Skalbania of the World Hockey Association Indianapolis Racers is not an isolated incident.Gretzky, 17, a scoring star last season with Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds of the Ontario Major Junior Hockey League, signed for a seven-year term Monday, reportedly worth $1.75 million.Dumont said he has heard that at least 17 junior players under 20 years of age have signed similar agreements with WHA teams.♦‘That’s'real violence, but no one talks about it,” Dumont said. “In all the reports they are throwing at us from everywhere, they are blaihing the junior hockey directors for . permitting athletes who are 16 to play with guys who are 19 and 20.”.', * ’
