Edwin Thurston has acknowledged he was cited for drunken driving earlier this week.Phoenix Police Maj. Edward Cassidy said Wednesday the judge was stopped early Tuesday in northeast Phoenix. He said a breath test registered a reading of .13. A blood-alcohol reading of .10 is sufficient forpresumed intoxication under Arizona law.Cassidy said the judge- was cooperative with police.
