BASE BALL.BUCKEYES 7—BROWNS O.REILLY, OF THE CINCINNATI, NOTDROWNED, Ag REPORTED. JRain ended the game in the last half of the seventh inning between the Buckeyes and Browns yesterday, the Browus receiving a clean coat of J whitewash. The pltohing of Burkalow and Wil-118 ■ liams was very fine, neither side being able to do much effective work with the stick. The featuresof the game were a double play by Burkalow, Ewing and Sotamers, and also a catch of Pearce inthe flfth inning, when there were, three men on bases; he threw the ball in home, and Miller putOehler out between third and home.
