Jack Reynolds’aConqueror T oWrestle HereOne of the few wrestlers ever to conquer Jack Reynolds, welterweight champion, will make j his appearance on Lima’s mat card Wednesday night at the State theatre.He is Henry Kolln, of theHouse of David. The bewhlsker-ed grappler upset Reynolds lastweek at Cincinnati in a surprise victory before a crowd of 3,000. As Kolln went into the match overweight, Reynolds’ title was not at stake.As a matter of endeavoring to gain revenge on Kolln, Reynoldsis sending his protege, JohnnyStotte, here to put the skids under the whiskered wrestler in the Lima semi-final. They will appear in a best two out of three fall match with a*n hour timelimit.In the Reynolds-Koiln bout atCiucinnati the contestants wont about their work in a businesslike manner and mixed matters furiously during the 40 minutes in which they were engaged in settling their differences. Reynolds, much lighter than previously, showed all his old-time form and caginess and was the favorite.Despite the apparent odds against him, Kolln was not in the least deterred over the fact that his rival was champion and ignored it completely by mixing matters as tho he was merely another opponent. Kolln showedmuch speed and aggressiveness,along with a wholesale amount of ability, and soon, made a big impression on the fans, especially after having gained the first fall with a reverse arm slam andbody pin in 23 minutes 26 seconds.«Reynolds came back strong and succeeded In taking the second tall with a rear les-spllt in S minutes 34 seconds, atter which it appeared as If lie would wear down Kolln by his agility and experience. This especially appeared true during the third fall for Reynolds had another leg-split on Kolln, only to have tho latter succeed in getting underthe ropes, which caused RefereeJack Mason, of Detroit, to sepa-rate them.It was shortly after that Kollnmade a dash for Reynolds andPinned him with a flying wing-back which decided the issue.Tho fall came after 8 minutes 53 seconds.•The headliner on the evening’s card will bring together '‘Wildcat' iMcCann, the Portland, Ore.. strong man, and Vic Weber, the fiasby New Y'ork artist. There will be no time limit on theraatch and two falls will decide the encounter.
