He is making a fortune. Fora time he worked for Sinclair and Rhodes. As I understand it, he now pays the proprietors of the resort a per cent, of the receipts. It is something enormous.“The West Baden gambling has never been interfered with, although the gamblers at Orleans and Paoli are often caught and punished.
