The first bout was between the notedJim Allen, champion of Dubuque and DudeChristopher, in which three rounds werefought. The second was between the notedProf. Scott (colored) and Mr. Miller, of California, in which three rounds were fought.Mr. Kennedy then introduced Mr. C. A. C.Smith, the champion colored pugilist of EastSaginaw, Mich.,- aud Denny McLeod, ofUtica, N. Y., who are to fight to a finish onSunday next for $125 a side, the wholeamount to go to the winner together withthe gate receipts. Next on the programmewere two rounds between Ed. Millers champion of Dubuque, and Jack Driscoll. Thegrand tiual was between Bill Dashman, ofPlatteville, Wis., and Jack Strong, of Dubuque, for $100 and door receipts, in whichfour rounds were fought and Strong declared the winner.
