Stock car racing resultsRACING CONTINUED in Beatrice this week as 27 racers competed in the Bronco Class while 11 entries took part in the Limited Late Model divisions.Fairbury’s Bruce Wasserman, coippeting in the Limited Late Mociel Class, placed second in his heat, third in the trophy dash and third in the A Feature.Results of each race included: Limited Late Model Heat one — 1. He took home the trophy for winning the Speed Dash and then finished in the number one spot in the A Feature.Bartels drives a 1967 Chevy Impala owned by Jerry and Bernice Gerdes of Wymore. His pit crew is made up of Bill Bartels, Clint Bartels, Matt Bartels and Mike Widick.In his second year of racing, Bartels is 23 and single. He lives in Barneston.Bartels is currently sitting in third place in the point standing at the Jefferson County Speedway.
