Scott, of Marlon, was in Wabash yesterday arranging for big motorcycle tour from Marion to Rochester, Jun.? 17 and 18,The entire body of riders will pass through Wabash on their return trip, Monday, June 18, about four o'clock in the afternoon, coming by way of North Manchester. Concerning the Marion Chronicle says:On Sunday, June 17, the muskratry from the engine ports of at least 20*) motorbikes of this city and surrounding vicinity will startle the natives for a time early in the morning, and then the machines, bound on a trip to lake Muniiou at Rochester, Indiana, will scoot out on their first lap.This was made Known this morning when Glenn A. There is an entrance fee of 50 cents to cover the necessary costs, but the nedal that is to be given will more ban make up for this fee, it is said. It is to be a bronze medal with a motorcycle in bass-relief and bearing the vords “National Gypsy Tour 1917.The Gypsy Tours are designed for pleasure. No more than 100 miles a day will be permitted by the tour master and only the best roads will he•hesen. As many small towns as is possible will be reached on the tour md an attempt will be made Lo mak? in impressive showing. Every rider vvill be numbered The riders will be separated into groups of ten, each with its captain and lieutenant. Riders may not ride closer than 50 fcer behind each other, and none will b^ allowed to pass the man in front of aim.
