In addition, the colony purchased six acres oh Lake Michigan of the Spivek property, adding-another 150 foot frontage on the like.The house contains on the first floor, a kitcheii, living room, dining room, sunparlot, add library; three bedrooms Oh the second floor, and a recreation room in the basement.Sun parlor Faces GardenThe simparlor, which Is on the south, is 9 by 19 feet, and opens on the east toward the perennial garden, Which contains some 50 varieties of roses, hundreds of other perennials, and a great variety of evergreens, including European tamarack, Cyprus, balsam, cedar, epruce.
