ALL-STARMAT CARDARRANGEDThree Big Headliners Will Be . Presented Here On Wednesday NightAN ALL-STAR wrestling program featuring six of the leading welterweight and middleweight grapplers in„the business will be presented in Lima Wednesday night, Matchmaker BillyRoss announced Saturdaynight.The special program hasbeen arranged for the entertainment of the big delegation of visiting Eagles here this week for the state convention, as well as the regular patrons.The bill will offer two bigheadliners and another match of semi-final calibre. Among theperformers will be Wildcat” ItTc-• * «Cann, the Portland, Oregon, contender for Jack Reynolds* welter title who amazed Lima matfans with his work in the outdoor show here Friday night; Vic Webber, a newcomer who hails from New York City and who holds victories over some of the best boys in his division; Speedy Shaeffer, Les Fishbaugh, Houseof David and another top-notch performer.McCann, one of the best welters to step into a Lima ring In recent months, draws down the feature spot on the card. He willtackle Webber,# who has been having things mostly his own way thruout the east. The Portland warrior drew wide favorable comment following his sensational victory over Red Sims here Friday night and fans have voiced their desire to see more of his work. This has prompted Matchmaker Ross to favor McCann with the principal spot on the bill.A headliner on any card, is the way the other half of the big double wind-up stacks up. it will bring together Speedy Shaeffer and Les Fishbaugh, a pair of gladiators who need little if anyintroductions to followers of themat game. For once the Newark cobbler goes Into the match as the underdog. Shaeffer is one of two wrestlers who holds a victory of the shoe pegger in Lima battles. Fishbaugh’s only other defeat here came at the hands of the middleweight champion, Gus Kal-lio.The McCann-Webber bout andthe Shaeffer-Fishbaugh battle arescheduled to be decided by the best two out of three fall route with hour limits.House of David, the whiskered grappler, will appear in the other match on the all-star card. His opponent has not yet been named but Matchmaker Ross says he will be another top-notcher. They are scheduled to go one fall with a 30 minute limit.The show will open at S:30 p. m.
