CYCLE DOPE FROM PARISTaylor Loses Out In All His Races. Game Is Good in Europe This Year.Frank Kramer, the champion of all champions on the bicycle, received a letter from Paris yesterday, giving the latest cycling dope from across the pond. The letter stated that the world’s championship races will be held in Paris or June 9ft. July 4 and 7 and that a large field will be gathered together for theseevents. The latter also states that it a f shame that Kramer was not there as he would have easy picking.Major Taylor, the colored rider from America, has competed In four events j since his arrival in Paris and has lost all of then, which bears out the statements tnat Taylor has seen his best day. Bobby Walt hour Is not riding well, ow-, ing to two bad falls he has had of late, many of the cycling authorities claiming that his knee cap lias been injured and that he will never be in shape again |The general tone of the letter Is that t lie eume is good In Kurope this season. ‘
