Clark, VogelAre CheckeredFlag WinnersMerle Clark won his first fea-lure race at South Penn Speedway Saturday night in a hair-raising I battle with Jerry Snyder and Francis Diehl, while at North Bedford Red Vogle repeated an earlier feature victory, Clark ran in front from the start o£ his win but never opened more than a half-length gap over the competition in a race that was restarted when, a seven-car crash occurred during the first ap. Vogle had an easier time of it in his victory at Belden,John Fabian joined the upside-down-club in the HARA races at' 1 Everett, and was unhurt.
