The committed is also I arranging for special excursion trains from Green Bay and Watertown.A grand excursion from Milwaukee will arrive here ou Sunday morning of';£he fest and return in the evening. Fifteen coaches have been chartered for tfcat day. The Societies from Princeton, Lip. pie ton and Mcnnsha will probably bring bands hi music with them. Ample preparations are beihg made for decorating tho city. T-fee decorations wjlJ consist of arches, cvfcr-greca streamers across the streets and decoration of buildings with evergreens, flags and mottoes. Tho Exposition-lt; building and fair grounds have be£u -cngngcd for the tumfest and all exercises will take place there. Numerous, arbors, and canopies will bo eroded fen tnogrouuds, and the building will ie i!luminaled:by the electric light during the' evening. The down town keajb I quarters will bo at Tirnnr hall. Exhibition turning will take place dnririg the rest of the day. In tho evening the grand concert will take place.in tho Exposition building.
