Two Medina Teams Enter Brunswick All-Star TournamentMEDINA — Two Medina Ponytail I ,eague All-Stars will be competing at the Brunswick All-Star Tournament thisyear.A total of 30 girls were selected from eight league entries.Team 1 is managed by Charlene Arnold with help from coaches Eleanor Popovic and Marge Penning. Squadmembers are Denise Arnold, Sue Raker, Beth Raker, Juanita Ruf, Joni Grieve, Kathy McClaning, Dickie Chrisian, Loretta Popovic, Joan Randolph, Andy Cutlip, Marion Scott, Chris I^amphear, Sue I^imphear, Jenny Kubal and Terri Umpleby. Joy Lehman and Tracy Umpleby are the alternates.Team 2 is managed by Jackie Klimko, Irene Philpot and Wanda Riggenbach are the coaches. All-Stars are Roni Crum, Amy Fuller, Marilyn Ware, Diane Philpot, Joan Rizzo, SueEllsworth, Becky Abell, Cheryl Lang, Linda Urban, Ann Marshall, Shelly West, Jean Keating, Kim Barton, Marsha Smith and Sherry Meyers. Julie Cornelius and Debbie Deyling are the alternates.The tourney runs August 1,2,3,7 and 8. Games on the first and late two dates begin at 6 p.m. Games on the other days start at 6:30.Team 1 is scheduled to play the Buckeye-I^afayette All-Stars the first day while Team 2 will meet Erieview.
