One ot the pleasantest tasks Hr W Henry Haskins has performed sinro he took over the ofhco of hon secretary of the Gloucestcrsli rc football Asso-ciation was tno preparation or the b’d'mce-sheet for the past season The document Z as just hoen issued and it contains evidence of the substantial progress the association is making 'Wfccn,vo corno to con aider that less than two years ago there wm a debt of something approaching £200 and that to-day the value of the association is £138 wc have one of the most eloquent testimonies it is possible to conceive to the skill and administrative ability of Mr Haskfog He would be the first to acknowledge the assistance he has received from tlio other officials but there can be no doubt that he is primarily responsible for the prosperity the association now enjoys, a prosperity which can only be ensured so long as le to Kuos office That being the case wo hope he will continue 13 act for at least another year till we hare seen what effect the introduction of professional^^ is likely to have upon the gurac in our county
