Mark Stephany fired a two-hmer and was backed up by four* for-four performances b y Gary Remington and A1 Hermanny. Cliff S a s a d a added three hits for the Brewers, while Dave Brose got the only hits for the losers.The Cardinals trimmed the Astros, 6-1, behind the pitching of Brian Bartelt and Scott 'Kleinschmidt. Bartelt and Kleinschmidt also led the hitting, each with three hits. A good defensive game was mmed in by Jim Wendt, Pat McBride and Dan Rieder.The While Sox won two games over the Braves, 5-4 in a makeup game, and 6-4 m the regularly scheduled contest. In the second game it was the timely Inning of Toni Miller, Don Toshner, John Vande Guchle, Bnan Toshner and Mark Schneider that earned the Sox. Killebrew and Santo will now decide the league championship with a best-otahree series.Glen Barthuly and Steve Schultz each knocked a triple to set the pace for Killebrew, while Dale Ledden, Randy Schmitz and Dave Cross all helped out with a double.Santo was led by the outstanding fielding of Greg Belling and John Parduhn. Dave Gross turned m a good defensive performance, and Dan Sternacker belted a triple for the losers.JUNIOR LEAGUEIn a Junior League makeup game, Fox Cities dumped Dallas, 4-2, behind three hits and two RBI by Dennis Duffy.
