Mike Foote got three of the loser's fourf hits.Tim Bailey got four straight hits to lead Triplex *o a 16-7 win over Rugg, Rockwell beat Kiwanis 10-5, and O'Neill shelled Arensberg 14-2 in other games.In a set of make - up games, Kress topped Mathis 4-1, Optimist nipped Arensberg 6-5, Wenham outslugged Rockwell 17-14, and Rugg edged Kaiser 6-5.Mike Foote pitched a two hitter for Mathis and losing pitcher Ray ParkhiU got both of them. Barry Patterson got four straight hits to lead Optimist.In farm team action the scores were as follows: Optimist 4,Schiffs 3; VCT 30, Kaiser 14; Lions 13, Mathis 11; Wenham 8, Modem 5; Arensberg 13, O'Neill 5; Rockwell 24, Kiwanis 5; Rugg 19, Triplex 9; Kress 20, Fiberglas 19.Bruce Kibler of Arensberg pitched a two hitter and collected three hits himself.
