A stingy defense on both sides sent the game into overtime with a 1-1 deadlock.Carl Hultman started for theToo Many Highballs?Koehler team and received re-lief from Tom Raleigh in the sixth. Joe Wronek was tabbed for the loss in working the last seven frames for starting twirl-er, Joe Pierce.KOehlers grabbed the lead in the second inning when TomHersperger opened up with asingle. He then moved to second via a stolen base, where he was in position for Hultman’s run scoring base knock.Zeroes were tacked on the board for the next few frames before P.N.A. came alive in their half of the seventh. Fetner drew a walk from Raleigh and moved to second on a stolen base. He then found himself cn third when Park grounded out.A wild pitch on Raleigh’s part knotted up the game.Again things tightened up for defensive purposes. Provanzano fired the ball to first in an attempt to pick off the runner, but first baseman Bob Kenny let the ball getaway. In a desperate attempt to nail Cahill going into second, he fired the ball into left field for the clincher.Tonight the Mineral Well Mets take on Nichols Service in the only scheduled encounter of the evening in the City locp.BOSTON (AP) — Boston Red Sox officials suspended Joe Foy and Juan Pizarro for Sunday’s doubleheader for curfew violations following their 3 a.m. arrest near Boston Common.Boston police charged third baseman Foy, 25, and pitcher Pizarro, 31, with being drunk. They were released on bail for a court appearance Monday.Manager Dick Williams said, “They have been told not to come today.
