Outlaws winIFL titleBILLINGS (AP) The Billings Outlaws rallied to beat the Sioux Falls Storm 43-34 to win their second straight Indoor Football League championship.Sioux Falls took a 34-31 lead on a 7-yard touchdown run by James Terry with 2:38 left in the third quarter Saturday before Billings scored the final dozen points.Billings took the lead on a 7-yard TD pass from Chris Dixon to Tim Brown on the final play of the third quarter and built a 43-34 lead on a 1-yard sneak by Dixon with 4:27 remaining.The Outlaws defensive line stopped the Storm’s Lorenzo Brown from diving over the pile on a fourth-and-goal from the 1 with 1:23 left.
