It proves that a private club can be organized, financed and man aired by our own townspeople. It also means that a long needed want is filled.Early last fall an item appeared in the columns of The Sun Standard announcing the intention of a group of local representative business and professional men to start :i private club. The news was re-4reived with considerable enthusiasm. Those interested felt eoual to the task and Accordingly started the “ball a rolling”.Among the Blue Island citizens •vho have been active in the formation of Navajo Fields and their titles in the club are: Christian Krueger, cashier, National Bank, president: Mayor Paul T.
