BUSY, BUSY, BUSYNEW YORK (AP) — Dave Kufeld captained the Yeshiva basketball team in the 1978-79 season and that was only a small part of his daily program.He was a speech and drama major and received highmarks. He won a contest staged by the Yeshiva Speech Club. He managed to squeeze in a two-hour “deejay” show once a week. He was the makeup supervisor of a school production of the Broadway hit of a few years back, “Pippin.”Kufeld also coached a high-school basketball team and won the discus-throwing championship in his college intramural track program. When he had a few minutes of spare time, he also wrote sports features for the school newspaper.
