Ron Keeton and Jud-son Jerome combined to pitch a two-hltter for the winners. Keeton, the winner, fanned nine. Jim Nlck-tla, pitching the first threetin both hit doubles for the winners. Dale Dramer recorded nine strikeouts In pitching for Frisch’s.Scoring three runs in the last inning, Local 7525 came from behind to defeat Dawson Realty, 14-13. Don Nafe and Mike Dobson slammed triples for the winners. Kerry Pate had a double for Dawson.A SIX-RUN fifth Inning helped Local 801 defeat Hasty Tasty, 14-10. Jeff Rlber had three hits, Terry Eldrldge two doubles, and Terry Miller a double and three runs batted In, all for Local 801. Steve Hajacker hit two triples for Hasty Tasty.In completing a game that ended In a tie on July 9, Local 801 scored six runs In the last Inning to defeatFrisch’s, 15-13. Miller and Allen hit doubles for the winners; Flrsdon and Hamilton hit two-baggers for Frisch’s.Innings for Weeks-Amlln, fanned 8 batters.Mike England had a double,one of two hits, with TomRoby and Ron Keeton hittingdoubles. Jerome had two hits.F. F. All defeated Howard's Furniture, 11-7, as winner John Everett struck out five and yielded but fivehits. Bruce Porter was the leading hitter for the winners with a single and a double. Gary Powers hitthree safeties for Howard's. Ken Wiseman had atriple.Scoring In every Inning, Walden’s Cleaners defeated Ashley-Flatter, 13-4, as Tom Fox struck out 11 In gaining the win. Fox also had two doubles.Joe Cocca, Keith Helser, Pat Fox and Everett Lewis all had two hits for the winners. For the losers, Chris Berg slammed a homer with triples by Shane Fal-leur and Steve Smith. Mike Wallace had three hits.IN BANTAM play, Knights of Columbus defeated Ehr-hart’s, 11-6, as Dave Ramsey fanned 10 in winning. Rickey Cultlce, taking the loss, also was breezing the ball as he struck out 10.Mike Stroud's triple scored two runs for K of C. Dave Ramsey had a double for the winners.Lang Chevrolet defeated Ranly’s, 17-7, in a game called because of the time limit. Mike Jennings hit atriple.The Eagles made the most of four hits to defeat Hupp and Roehner, 10-3. In another Bantam contest,Sheriff's were given creditfor a 6-0 forfeit over Police and Fire.Ranly's scored six runs Inthe last inning and then stopped a five-run Ehrhart rally to gain a 7-5 win. Bases on balls were a big factor—Ehrhart getting 2runners on that way, Ranly's 15.Terry Rlber struck out 14 and had a no-hltter until the last Inning as K of C defeated Eagles, 7-1. Rlber had two batters retired In the last frame when opposing pitcher Ron Bland got the only safety. Rlber had a double for KC.
