Charles Barnes, thirty, a carpenter of R. D. One, Middletown, as the result of an argument with Patrolmen George Davis and a hospital policeman, G. W. Trowbridge, about where he could park his car. Barnes thought he was right, the police thought he was wrong, and the argument became so strong that struggle impended.Barnes left ten dollars bail at Headquarters last night and pleaded guilty today, but was handed back the money by Judge Starr on a suspended sentence.A third spectator, unidentified, was hit on the head by a ball while a pitcher was warming up on the sidelines, but was reported only slightly hurt.
