A “Turner” threw a stone back, and the boy followed up to High el, and the landlord of the United StateB Hotel seized him when picking np another stone, and with another man forcibly carried the boy across the street, and while doing so was attacked withHtooes by the “Turners,” who broke ranks and commenced stoning indiscriminately the spectators in the streets, breaking the windows of the United States Hotel, and driving the Iadies from them. A few citizens lben took up stones to repel the attack, and then the “Turners” drew their revolvers and fired some thirty shots. Hexsy Foster was shot through the lungs, and died in three-fourths of an hoar.
