Germany will stage the 1936 Olympic games in the Berlin stadium, originally built for the 1916 Olympic games, which now seats 50,000. It will be enlarged to .seat 90,000. An elliptical track, now GOO meters long, will be shortened to 500 in order to make room for more’seats. There are swimming pools and halls for boxing, wrestling and fencing available.
