Barr Tops Kelowna GolfKELOWNA (CP) — Dave Barr of Kelowna fought off a challenge by Calgary’s Keith Alexander and posted a three-Btroke victory in the 22nd annual Kelowna Ogopogo golf tournament.Barr fired a two-under par 70 in the final round of the 54-bole event for a total of 207, nine under par.Alexander, former Canadian amateur champion, wound up firing a one-ovei-pai 73 for a total of 210. John Russell of Vancouver, six time winner of the event and defending champion, was third at 212. Russell shot a 73 Saturday.
