Wees on Sunday, i Dave Pet ley was the man with ! the big stick as he had four hits for five trips to the plate for the winners. The two hit pitching of Bob Georgia, and 11 strikeouts he registered was the talk of the day.While his mates were having trouble solving the slants of Georgia, losing pitcher Don Monroe had his troubles sneaking the ball past the Bears as they racked up a total of 17 hits.Sy Kinney and Ron George had the two hits for the losers.Town and Country League standings:W.
