Tolies was safe on a fielder’s choice when he forced Williams at second; Fawcelt, the Babe Ruth of the team, and the clean up man, hit one over the fence for a home run.After two were out in the ninth, Faust, the famous shortstop, singled; Williams singled; Tolies then popped up, and when Milton, the shortstop, Dukes, the left fielder and Miles, the center fiilder, ail ran together, it fell for a hit and Faust scored.The Grasselli Giants w’ere held scoreless until the fourth inning. Milton singled and stole second and on a wild throw by the catcher, he scored. After two were out, W. Thomas doubled and Danridge hit for three bases, Thomas scoring.In the fifth inning Love singled and C. Thomas singled. Love going out from the centelfielder to third baseman. C. Thomas stole second and Milton singled and stole second, C. Thomas scoring on the play. Patterson flyed out to right.In the seventh inning Preston walked, Love singled, C. Thomas was safe on a fielder's choice, Love | being forced out at second and Preston scoring. Milton singled and j Patterson singled, scoring Thomas;: Miles singled, scoring Milton and I Patterson. W.
