Thy day was ushered in by a National salute. The city presented an unusually lively appearance—flags flung to the brers* in all directions, and streets thronged with crowds of people.A proc* ssion, Jed by the Denver City brass band, followed by the old goldiers, officers of the day, orator and reader in carriages, ^la-soub. Odd Fellows, Turners, German Glee Club, and citizens generally. Procession very large and enthusiastic.Supposed Arrival of the City of Baltimore
