Hardy, Pickard Head For ParleyLONDON, (CPI, A1 Pickard of Regina, president of the Canadian Amateur Hockey association, and Prof. W. G. Hardy , of Edmonton arrived 'in London Saturday, en route to the International Ice Hockey Federation's congress in Zurich, Switzerland, July 23-26.Prof. Hardy will officially take over the presidency of the Federation at the meeting.
