He says the money was 1 nnt paid. and. with the exception of $1,000 which he got by seizing the proceeds of a fight at Maspeth, L. I., he has • never got anything. Tom O'liourlto refused to let them In. They then subpoenaed O’Rourke and Aleck Brown, tho club's matchmaker, to appear ]n supplementary proceedings yostewday. O'Rourke clld not appear. Aleck Brown testified that Grlffo had got nothing out of tho fight, as all but $8 of his share went for railroad tickets which the club had bought for him. The receipts of the light were $3,281, and Cans had got 90 per cent, of this amount. The hearing was adjourned until next week.
