Slim Margin ForflussellKELOWNA, B.C. lt;CP) — Veteran John Russell of Vancouver Point Grey bogeyed the first hole Friday but reoovered to take the lead after two rounds of the 19th annual Ogopogo Golf Tournament.The three-time champion fired a two-under-par 70 on the 6251-yard layout at the Kelowna Golf and Country Club for a two-round total of 142, a stroke ahead of defending champion Bert Ticehurst
